@Rose I used the texture colors, looks like nebula & galaxies/stars. And also under textures- the twinkle blue colors. I have a paid subscription so not sure which are available without a subscription.
@Rose I also used some bright regular colors and the soft brush to create some dots/stars.
@Rose I color the large areas first, then the eye. Have to repeatedly color around the borders using a tiny point on the brush to stay in the lines.
