I'm aware of my flaws, I hope I didn't make your eyes bleed..
Obviously, I didn't want to paint it because I wanted to make it like a pencil drawing.
I laughed out loud at "I hope I didn't make your eyes bleed," but your drawing is astonishing. The tiny details, how you drew people at all
and a cat. I can't tell you how impressed I am. This is friendly advice: don't put down your work, especially since you've already peaked
with "make your eyes bleed." π
Mom taught me all artists' sees are their mistakes, and everyone else sees "mistakes" that the artist didn't
make.
@Nur Your words are really touching.πΉ
Thank you for motivating me even moreπ€
I think I can now share my drawings from my sketchbook here.
@Victoria You didn't make my eyes bleed, but they did fill with tears; to be motivational to such a fine artist really touched me. To have done
so is honoring and humbling, especially to have helped you feel you could share your drawings now. Your words will forever be in my heart.π
@Nur I really value your comments, and of course you're always motivating!
@Nur Thanks, but I dont think I think I'm good yet.
And I think you're definitely not selfish about it, sometimes I come across your comments to other artists and I'm sure they're extremely
motivated by your words.πΏ
@Victoria Thank you; I do try to show other artists that their work is beautiful to others, but I'm not usually successful. It made me happy to
see that you think it makes a difference. Perhaps I don't see it because it's harder to see things I've done myself, rather than others.
Thanks again. If I can influence just one person to make their life better, everything is worthwhile. π
@Victoria Thanks for saying that; I do hope you're right. I sometimes delete comments after you've seen them, just because I'm a very private
@Victoria person, and when I say personal things, I mean them for you, not everyone. Even when it's not personal, personal, I still do it. I'm
definitely OCD in some ways.
I can understand wanting to be better--we all do--but I honestly can't understand that you think you're not good yet. I'll never get that
you can't see that you're at least talented. Perhaps soon you will see that.
@Nur Yes, you may not see it for that, but you're definitely making a difference!
π€π€
Of course , your comments are personal for each artist, I understand you very well about being OCD.
@Nur I know you're right -but you know- there are so many talented artists around, isn't it normal that when I compare myself,
I think I'm not good enough? I know it is wrong to compare myself with others.
@ZAK no u didn't :) It's a rlly sweet picture, it reminds me of when I was younger
