Perfection...I love this picture of 2 worlds? Surrealism? Being from PNW this reminds of an artist from the 80s. Ill remember later lol...β€
OMG the detailing on the entrance arch with the red is mindblowing! Love how the yellow and blue melts into the ground! Eyeballs in the sky

@Nick Krieger Thanks for the kind words Karen! If you recall the artist please let me know. I like surrealism, and it would be good to
@Nick Krieger color a local artist. Take care!π ππΈ
@KarenM β€ #goodwill I'm not sure if surrealism is correct but his name is TIM WISTROM... He did Seattle mostly & Las Vegas. He hasn't put anything
out that I know of for 20+ years. If I f8nd him online I'll take a screenshot. If not I'll take a few pics of ours. They are so cool. ..the
cities have gone back to nature. They are right up my your alley!! Catch ya later. πΊππ»π²πΏπ¦π π¦π¦ π¦ π¦ π«
@Nick Krieger Many thanks Karen, no need to take a screenshot, I'll Google him. Take care. π ππΈ

@Nick Krieger Thanks my friend I really appreciate the compliment! π ππΈ
hey I've been meaning to ask/ tell you about a med that's more on the alternative side if you haven't heard of it. its called ...
low dose naltrexone also known as LDN. it's used to treat things like MS, autoimmune diseases, lyme disease is a biggie. it helps modulate
the immune system. anyway I thought I'd suggest it for your infection as I know pharmaceuticals are not always the best route.
I've been taking it for just over 2 years with good results for autoimmune diseases. it's made at compounding pharmacies and health insuranc
doesn't typically cover it but its inexpensive.. if you're interested and have any questions let me know
love the contrast
@Nick Krieger I just researched tonight and I'm very interested. What dosage did you start with? Thanks. π ππΈ
@Nick Krieger Many thanks Anna!π ππΈ
@Carissa I started at 1.5 mg and did great with that dose and very gradually built up to 2.5 to 3mg nightly. I've not had any side...
@Carissa effects but if you have any they're not anything serious and its usually due to going up to high too fast or a bad filler call
@Carissa called avecil I believe. my pain management doc prescribes
@Carissa mine. some mainstream docs are still close minded to it but some are coming around so keep trying until you find one who will
@Carissa prescribe.
@Nick Krieger Looks like I might be able to get without a scrip. Thanks so much Carissa. I'm so close, I just need a little something to get up
@Nick Krieger and over the wall. Take care.ππ ππΈ
@Carissa this might be the ticket! good luck and keep me posted on how it works for you
@Nick Krieger Thanks and have a great day! π ππΈππ
@Nick Krieger My wife asked if you know about grounding mats. I just got one, and its really helping me relax and with inflammation. Take care.π
this is a fun one to just gaze at and slowly take in all the wonderful detail
@Carissa oh wow I've not heard of a grounding mat. only weighted blankets. are they expensive? where did you get yours ?
@Nick Krieger My wife got it for me, I'll get some info for you. Its amazing. I was so relaxed today, I didn't get out of bed. If you have any
@Nick Krieger trouble with stress, you have to get one! Grounds out your mind, like going to the beach. I've had a headache and symptoms all day-
@Nick Krieger that's a good thing, since I have a bad immune system. I'll let you know tomorrow. π ππΈ
@Nick Krieger Thanks so much Hideout, I'm glad you enjoyed it! π ππΈ
@Nick Krieger ok go to trulygreen.etsy.com it's called an Earthing Grounding Mat. Costs about 30 bucks. You'll also want an
@Nick Krieger outlet tester, to check your ground line in your socket. Hope this helps. ππ ππΈ
@Carissa that sounds awesome! and so cheap.. I really appreciate the recommendation! tell your wife thank you so much!
@Nick Krieger Will do. This thing has been a godsend for me. I'm really hoping to get well this summer because of it. I've had a lot of headaches
@Nick Krieger due to stress hormone withdrawal. So be aware you might get so relaxed you get a little sick. But it's so worth it. Take care.ππ
@Carissa that's something that can happen with LDN too.. if I can spell the name right.. a "herx" affect. where your symptoms might ...
@Carissa feel worse before getting better. I never experienced that but some do ..
@Carissa I've never heard of a stress hormone withdrawal? I'll look it up. I saw a neurologist who thinks my fatigue is due to sleep..
@Carissa apnea.. I'm hoping shes right and with cpap or bipap treatment I'll start feeling better! here's to better health π
@Nick Krieger In Hinduism and Buddhism it's called enlightenment flu. When you start meditating and if quiet your mind suddenly enough, the lack
@Nick Krieger of stress hormones can make you sick. I've had it a few times, but never like this. Take care my friend. ππ ππΈ
