Oh cool, a Weeki wachee mermaid and manatees. I love swimming in the springs with the manatees! ๐
@Sandra Jordan Sensational! I lost track of you, but have now found you.I'm excited to see your new posts.
I was scrolling through fast to see how much I've missed and saw this picture. It is a dream of mine to swim with free manatees. They are so
loving. They love cabbage, and will go to you for the cabbage, and stay for a nice body stroking.
@AJAX ๐ mama They swim up into the (warmed) cooling water expelled from the nuclear plant to keep warm in winter ๐ All this red tide has
@AJAX ๐ mama has been giving them toxic shock syndrome. They also tend to be covered in scars on the back due to careless boaters as well.
@AJAX ๐ mama poor gentle creatures, I hope they can survive the wrath of human kind, along with the rest of the flora and fauna...๐ค
@Sandra Jordan We lost thousands of them these past two winters. They usually can withstand the temperatures along the whole east coast
@Sandra Jordan but these past two winters had such low temperatures that the died off before they could swim to Florida
@Sandra Jordan I believe humans need to go extinct--we are causing mass extinctions in so many ways l can't even list them.
@Sandra Jordan I just hope we don't kill everything with us. The world will heal. When people say SAVE THE PLANET, they really mean SAVE THE
@Sandra Jordan HUMANS. We're continuing to kill our own habitat as well as all those innocent animals'.
